At its core, the Mobile Bay Job Seekers Network provides a form of counseling.  Our weekly small group discussions help job seekers obtain their focus, learn their strengths, and develop their personal marketing skills.  Often its not the counselors who help the job seekers, it's the job seekers themselves who help each other.

In that vein, this discussion forum is a place you can vent, inquire, and help others.
